Haha thanks! 😀 Well as this has been the longest story I’ve ever done in sims and it seems I will actually finish this one I guess I could tell a few random things which have at least helped me. 

• When I started this story I had a clear idea in my mind what the ending would be and also what sort of key points in the story I wanted to hit during it. I find that always when I start a story without an ending it’s very hard to actually finish it. So I thought of both the end goal and multiple short term goals before I started.

• In terms to editing pictures I learned how to make actions. If you want to edit your sims pics I would recommend learning how to make them (if you don’t already) as they will come very handy when you have +20 something pictures to edit 
  

• When I began my story I made a list of all the main characters I wanted to have in it. Then I gave them some strengths and weaknesses but in a more precise way than what you’d do in real game. I also wrote down what they thought of each other and what kind of relationships they would have. That helped me to write their interactions as the story went on. 
  

• Sometimes it was very hard to find good poses to use so I had to also learn to make a few on my own. But if you’re not doing something very specific or don’t want to use poses much it should be okay to find good ones online. @sssvitlans ‘s pose list is a huge help to find the right ones. 

• If you want to attract more readers I would suggest reblogging your posts at few different times during the day so people living in different time zones can see them. And also tag your posts in different but precise ways so people looking for your type of story will find it. (like I always tag Sims 4 as “sims 4″ + “ts4″ / the time period the story is set in “18th century” + “rococo” )

• Lastly, I don’t know how others feel about this, but to keep the story a bit more interesting I try to change the settings of the different scenes as much as possible. That’s because if many scenes and subsequently the tumblr posts you make of them take place in the same looking environment I think it would become a little boring. To help with the decorating process of the venues I sometimes download furnished lots from the gallery so the building and decorating won’t necessarily take so long.

Well these were the things that came to mind first. I hope they were at least somewhat useful. Oh and I’m waiting for your story! Your 18th century sims pictures on your blog were honestly brilliant! I’m really loving your style.
